Our orders are 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.  If an order was placed in the last 60 days, we will either refund or replace products if a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, with the exception of any shipping or other fees.  We reserve the right to require you to return any products you have purchased prior to refunding or exchanging your order.

Your purchase of our products through and use of our website are governed by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer & Terms of Use.

Shipping Policy

Shipping to all 50 states with the United States.  Once we've received your order and a shipping label has been created, a tracking number will be provided.  Orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours from the time of order.  All packages are shipped via UPS.  Most orders are received with 3-5 business days.  Larger orders will be shipped in multiple boxes.  Orders will be shipped in discrete boxes with law enforcement notice inside as well as a copy of the COA for your product.  We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.  In times of inclement weather delays can occur, and if order hasn't arrived in the expected time, don't hesitate to give us a call (860) 986-3430!
